Let’s celebrate Aaron the best way we know how: by getting great people together and feeding them delectable food! Please join us on August 18 from 3-8pm at the Oracle on 1159 Oak St for a celebration of Aaron’s life. We know there’s not much one can do under these circumstances, but we would be so honored if you’d like to sign up to make a dish to share. Perhaps a nice haggis! Or pickled shortcake! Or one of your grandma’s favorite recipes! Yeah, that probably sounds better than the first two…

Not all the slots have to be filled!! And if you really wanted to sign up for a section that’s all filled up, feel free to bring your dish anyway! Please comment with what you’ll be bringing so we don’t have ten people all bringing mushroom strawberry souffle, tho that wouldn’t be a tragedy 😉

Aarons family has graciously made it possible that the Oracle will provide us with sodas, a keg o’ beer, wine and some signature cocktails free of charge, so please be generous and tip the bartenders!

We will be serving a few pizzas from Yellow Brick and will be supplying plates and plasticware and serving spoons and condiments, things like that. It would make things easier if you brought your dish in a disposable platter/bowl/thang, but if you do bring in something you’d like to get back, I’ll make sure it’s returned to you! Just make sure to write your full name on it so as to avoid confusion.
